How do I pay for my account fee?

You may choose to pay by card or will be provided with a one-time use BTC address to complete registration.

How do I generate virtual bank account details?

In your dashboard, simply click on "Corporate bank account" to generate account details in your default currency

(Available after you successfully process £5,000+).

What is the maximum I can send to a bank account?

The maximum daily payout amount is £25,000,000 or its equivalent in your chosen currency.

I'm a non-UK/USA resident, is that okay?

All countries may sign up except for, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions.

Does my credit rating matter?

No, you can create your account and onboard quickly.

What ID verification do I need?

Scans of your originally issued photo identification and a recent bank statement.

How much do top-ups cost?

You may generate local IBAN or SWIFT bank details in 35+ countries.

There are NO top-up fees. You may decide to add fees to your Platform users.

Top-up by directly transferring funds into your Connekt.business account. You may top-up by bank transfer, cryptocurrency, card or cash via licensed cash transmitters.

Can I use my account to receive bank transfers?

Absolutely! Your incoming transfers must solely be from customers paying for a business service you are offering.

What are the fees to receive payments in foreign currencies?

Currency exchange fees are set at the National bank rate minus processing fees. These fees vary between 3% - 7% excluding card processing fees.

Can I transfer funds out of my account?

You may convert your currency and withdraw funds to your local bank account, IBAN and SWIFT accepted(depending on country).

How long does it take for my payments to become available?

1. Payments collected from customers are available after 5 business days.

2. After you successfully process £10,000+(or its equivalent currency), this is reduced to 3 business days.

3. After 60 days, if you have successfully processed over £25,000+(or its equivalent currency), you will be eligible for Instant Payouts.

How do I view my transactions?

After you have sent money or received a payment successfully, you may view your transactions within the "Account Activity" section located on your dashboard.
